Welcome to Backlink Company. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services provided by Marketlily s. r. o., located at Tomášikova 12573/50E, Bratislava, 831 04, Slovakia ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Services Provided
Backlink provides link building services focused on acquiring high-quality backlinks through manual outreach and editorial link placements.
Our services primarily include:
Link insertions into existing articles
Contextual backlink placements within relevant content
Inclusion in curated articles (e.g. listicles where appropriate)
Outreach to website owners and publishers
Reporting on completed placements
2. Link Longevity & Indexing
Guarantee: We guarantee that links will remain live for a minimum of 12 months. If a link is removed within this period, we will replace it free of charge with a placement of equal value.
3. Payment Terms
Payments may be structured based on deliverables. Fees are calculated monthly based on the total number of approved links that have successfully gone live within the billing cycle, as agreed upon in the specific Project Scope.
4. Professional Conduct & Brand Safety
We do not build links on websites containing illegal content, hate speech, or "link farms." We reserve the right to refuse service to any niche that we deem harmful to our network or reputation.
